The Problem
The business problem it solves
When a landlord sends an updated tenancy agreement, tenants (and landlords reviewing a counter-draft) have to compare two long legal documents line by line to find what moved, and then work out whether each change helps or hurts them. Clarity automates that: it aligns both versions clause by clause, highlights every addition, removal, and modification, and explains the risk, who each change favors, and what to do about it in plain English, without requiring an account or storing the documents.
