The Problem
The business problem it solves
Companies need a way to receive, triage, and resolve customer complaints without requiring customers to create an account, while giving support staff (agents, supervisors, admins) a structured workflow to track each complaint from intake to resolution, plus visibility into SLA performance and team workload. Resolve replaces ad hoc email and ticket handling with a purpose-built complaint pipeline, scoped per client or project (multi tenant), with an auditable trail of every action taken.
